About me

In this lifetime, my path has been marked by trials through relationships. I have known feelings such as:

• solitude, loneliness, and feeling hurt,
• pain and betrayal,
• anger, sadness and fear,
• a sense of being lost… and so much more.

Throughout my childhood and early youth, I often found myself asking: Why me? What have I done to deserve this? Why is this happening to me? Why this family? Why… why… There was so much pain. So many tears.
A deep sense of compassion and empathy for others has been with me for as long as I can remember. It was something I was born with. And yet, in the past, these qualities also came at a high personal cost.

Through the many experiences life placed on my path from a very young age, I was learning, discovering, shaping myself, and growing. And through it all, I was gaining life experience, without yet understanding just how valuable it truly was. At the time, I could not see its real worth.

Today, as I live in alignment with my own energy, as a mother, a partner, a therapist, and a coach, I look back with gratitude for EVERYTHING. Because without the path I have walked:

• I would not be who I am,
• I would not think the way I do,
• I would not understand and feel people the way I do today,
• I would not be able to live and be exactly who I am—here and now.

For the past 10 years, I have been consciously exploring and discovering my inner world:

• the subconscious mind and its patterns,
• human psychology,
• past incarnations—how they affect us here and now,
• how karma works, and how you can create karmic shifts, change it, or erase it,
• the social aspect of society,
• a world of energy,
• the perspective of the soul,
• the way the Universe works.

I am deeply drawn to co-creating with my soul and my guides, and to exploring the question: “How far can I go?”
For meteoric progress, functioning only on an earthly level did not bring me the results I was looking for.
That is why I set out to explore worlds that are invisible to our earthly eyes, though that does not mean they do not exist.

As I worked on myself, I began to explore:

• my subconscious,
• my deepest shadows,
• my fears as I faced them,
• my wounds, as I healed them and released what no longer served me… a new path began to open.

I completely transformed the way I live, think, and act. Growing up on a rural farm, in a traditionally “religious” family, and largely in the care of my grandparents, I developed a very narrow and rigid way of thinking.
Even professionally, I transitioned from the field of economics into something entirely different.

Today, my path lies in working with people. When people ask me what I do, my answer is:
“I help people navigate their LIFE CHALLENGES.”

How did I get there?

I started with MYSELF. Over the years I spent working through my own challenges—and there were many—I came to the point where I now help others. Today, I know just how valuable the path I have walked truly is. It is precisely my life experience that now helps me create a more beautiful tomorrow for others.
