Each crystal holds its own energetic code, its own energetic imprint, and can support you through its unique vibration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Every crystal found in Nature and created by Nature is a natural or energy crystal.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each natural or energy crystal vibrates at its own frequency and can support you. Each one does carry its own code\u2014which is also why crystals are used for different purposes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>crystals by zodiac sign,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the use of crystals according to the chakras,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>natural crystals for protection,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crystals for courage, fertility, grounding,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crystals for manifestation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>energy crystals for healing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>natural crystals for connection with spiritual realms\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet, I want to emphasize that <strong>every natural or energy crystal can support you<\/strong>\u2014in whatever you need. Regardless of the code it carries within, crystals hold a higher consciousness and are exceptionally stable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For better understanding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take <strong>people<\/strong>, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>we have two arms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>two legs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eyes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brains&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In essence, we can all run, walk, play basketball, cook\u2026 we can all do everything; it simply depends on what you choose to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And what you choose to do may also be influenced by the gift you came into this world with\u2014one person is better at football, another at mathematics, another at languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet, everyone can walk, run, think, learn, train\u2026 <strong>everyone can do everything.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\"><strong>The main difference between people and natural or energy crystals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main difference between people and natural or energy crystals is that crystals hold a very high level of consciousness and are not emotionally unstable like people. Crystals remain stable, regardless of what is happening, and their consciousness does not drop: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>they do not fall into heavy emotions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they do not dramatize,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they do not grieve,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they do not complain,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they are not afraid,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they are not angry,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they are not offended\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same is not true for people. That is exactly why crystals can offer steady support in any situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I like to say, half-jokingly, yet in all seriousness, that <strong>crystals are our crutches<\/strong>. Every person sometimes falls emotionally, breaks down, grieves, suffers, or becomes angry\u2026 That is why, when things feel difficult, turn to crystals. They are a gift that offers support\u2014a crutch when you can no longer cope on your own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is also why crystals are so valuable as support for therapists\u2014for those of us who work with people and help them resolve their life challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"blok gb-element-30769f12\">\n<div class=\"medium-width\">\n<h2 class=\"gb-text\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Crystal_programming_and_how_crystals_are_used_in_crystal_therapy\"><\/span>Crystal programming and how crystals are used in crystal therapy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crystal programming is a process that unfolds on an energetic level, when the person programming the crystal sets an intention for it\u2014what they want the crystal to support and in what way. Crystal coding is a process in which that intention can also be encoded for someone else. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I program crystals during meditation, with the support of carefully selected, high-frequency music. In this process, I clearly define the crystal\u2019s intention\u2014who it is for and what it is meant to support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also carry out crystal therapy with the support of crystals that have been programmed for healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have a set of crystals programmed for the healing of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the physical body,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emotional challenges,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mental challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before each session, I also neutralise the crystals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interesting note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When I carry out crystal therapy for the physical body, I use coded crystals that are cut and polished.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When I carry out crystal therapy for the mind and emotions, I use coded crystals in pyramid form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\"><strong>The power of crystals and minerals and how programmed crystals work<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What happens when a programmed crystal is used in crystal therapy to influence the biological body? \u27a1\ufe0f <strong>The crystal begins to give instructions to the water that makes up the body\u2014its organs, blood, and more.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>The result is a changed or healed body or organ.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The human body contains many minerals, which are in fact crystals, and they channel healing energies. Clear quartz can also be used to cleanse other natural crystals. What matters is that it is the right one\u2014a natural crystal. For a specific purpose, a particular crystal may support you more strongly than others  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is also beneficial if the crystal has been coded. How strong the code within a crystal is depends on the person coding it. Here are a few general examples: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a crystal for money,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a crystal for protection,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a crystal for health (you can also be more specific: a crystal for the spleen, the thyroid, weight loss, or calm),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a crystal for abundance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a crystal for manifestation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-accordion__item gb-accordion__item-bfc4acc1\">\n<div role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" class=\"gb-accordion__toggle gb-accordion__toggle-4b38509c\" id=\"gb-accordion-toggle-4b38509c\">\n<span class=\"gb-text\">Crystal care and maintenance \u2014how can I cleanse my crystals?<\/span>\n\n\n\n<span class=\"gb-accordion__toggle-icon gb-accordion__toggle-icon-99a328f1\"><span class=\"gb-accordion__toggle-icon-open\"><svg aria-hidden=\"true\" viewBox=\"0 0 256 256\"><rect width=\"256\" height=\"256\" fill=\"none\"><\/rect><polyline points=\"208 96 128 176 48 96\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\" stroke-width=\"16\"><\/polyline><\/svg><\/span><span class=\"gb-accordion__toggle-icon-close\"><svg aria-hidden=\"true\" viewBox=\"0 0 256 256\"><rect width=\"256\" height=\"256\" fill=\"none\"><\/rect><polyline points=\"48 160 128 80 208 160\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\" stroke-width=\"16\"><\/polyline><\/svg><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-accordion__content\" id=\"gb-accordion-content-14caef11\">\n<div class=\"gb-element-f080506e\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you own at least one crystal, you have probably asked yourself: \u201cHow should I care for it?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several different ways to cleanse crystals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The light of the full moon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My favourite way is to place the crystals in the glow of that beautiful full moon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, I look at the moon, close my eyes for a few seconds, and silently ask her to remove any lower frequencies that may have gathered in the crystals and fill them with high consciousness, wisdom, and high-vibrational frequencies. May each one vibrate in its own code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave the crystals on a windowsill, balcony, or terrace overnight during the full moon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suitable for: ALL crystals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coarsely ground sea salt from the Se\u010dovlje Salt Pans<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another favourite method of mine is to bury the crystals in coarsely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soline.si\/\">ground sea salt<\/a> from the Se\u010dovlje Salt Pans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I use enough salt to bury them completely, or at least cover them fully\u2014so that none of them remains visible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How long you leave them in the salt is entirely up to you. I suggest leaving them for as long as you feel is needed. At the very least, leave them for 24 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suitable for: ALL crystals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cleansing with spring water (running water)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever I visit a spring, I am happy to entrust my crystals to nature there as well and place them under running water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, be careful not to cleanse with water any crystals that dissolve or react when exposed to water. Crystals that should not be cleansed with water include selenite, pyrite, hematite, and celestite&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suitable for: certain crystals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cleansing with incense<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I smudge and energetically cleanse a space, I do the same for my crystals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can light:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* <a href=\"https:\/\/sl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Palo_Santo\">Palo Santo &#8211; Holy wood<\/a> and use it to smudge the crystals,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* fragrant sticks or other incense,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* white sage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also leave the crystals near the chosen incense for a while, allowing the smoke to surround them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suitable for: ALL crystals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cleansing with visualisation and intention<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Set aside a little time for yourself and find a calm, quiet space. You can listen to music that feels right and make sure no one disturbs you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>take a few deep breaths to calm yourself;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>set the intention to cleanse the crystals; you can also visualise low-frequency energy being cleared away from the crystals, while white light shines through each one;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>visualise them filling with high consciousness and golden light;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if you choose to work with each crystal individually, hold it in your dominant hand (right-handed people in the right hand, left-handed people in the left); you can also hold several at once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suitable for: ALL crystals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cleansing with the energy of the Earth<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can place the crystals in the garden outside your home or somewhere in nature\u2014on the grass, on the earth, or in the forest\u2014and leave them there for as long as feels right to you. A crack may appear in the crystal. Sometimes you simply cannot find it anymore. Very often, though, you just stop feeling connected to it. Dig a hole deep enough \u2014around 15 to 20 cm, depending on the size of the crystal.
