I have known feelings such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>solitude, loneliness, and feeling hurt,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pain and betrayal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anger, sadness and fear,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a sense of being lost\u2026 and so much more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout my childhood and early youth, I often found myself asking: Why me? What have I done to deserve this? Why is this happening to me? Why this family? Why\u2026 why\u2026 There was so much pain. So many tears.<br\/>A deep sense of compassion and empathy for others has been with me for as long as I can remember. It was something I was born with. And yet, in the past, these qualities also came at a high personal cost.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"rounded shadow gb-element-1a0aa3a5\">\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-aac41b35\">And still, somewhere deep within, I felt that life did not have to be this way.<br\/>That it could be different, more beautiful, more fulfilling, happier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the many experiences life placed on my path from a very young age, I was learning, discovering, shaping myself, and growing. And through it all, I was gaining life experience, without yet understanding just how valuable it truly was. At the time, I could not see its real worth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, as I live in alignment with my own energy, as a mother, a partner, a therapist, and a coach, I look back with gratitude for EVERYTHING. Because without the path I have walked:<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I would not be who I am,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I would not think the way I do,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I would not understand and feel people the way I do today,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I would not be able to live and be exactly who I am\u2014here and now.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"rounded shadow gb-element-f642a262\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This process of development, change, growth, and transformation\u2026 I call ALCHEMY. This is what we come here for. When life gives you lemons\u2014make LEMONADE.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-0b356d60\">Today, I see things differently. I honour myself, I am proud of who I have become and I MOVE FORWARD.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the past 10 years, I have been consciously exploring and discovering my inner world:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the subconscious mind and its patterns,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>human psychology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>past incarnations\u2014how they affect us here and now,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how karma works, and how you can create karmic shifts, change it, or erase it,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the social aspect of society,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a world of energy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the perspective of the soul,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the way the Universe works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am deeply drawn to co-creating with my soul and my guides, and to exploring the question: &#8220;How far can I go?&#8221;<br\/>For meteoric progress, functioning only on an earthly level did not bring me the results I was looking for.<br\/>That is why I set out to explore worlds that are invisible to our earthly eyes, though that does not mean they do not exist.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I worked on myself, I began to explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>my subconscious,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my deepest shadows,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my fears as I faced them,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>my wounds, as I healed them and released what no longer served me\u2026 a new path began to open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"rounded shadow gb-element-fa348bac\">\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-31ec7a54\">When I came to understand and accept the soul\u2019s perspective, the meaning of my experiences and the purpose of my life from the soul\u2019s point of view, this shift became a turning point in my life. This shift in my awareness became the foundation for everything that followed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I completely transformed the way I live, think, and act. Growing up on a rural farm, in a traditionally &#8220;religious&#8221; family, and largely in the care of my grandparents, I developed a very narrow and rigid way of thinking.<br\/>Even professionally, I transitioned from the field of economics into something entirely different. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, my path lies in working with people. When people ask me what I do, my answer is:<br\/>\u201cI help people navigate their LIFE CHALLENGES.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">How did I get there?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started with MYSELF. Over the years I spent working through my own challenges\u2014and there were many\u2014I came to the point where I now help others. Today, I know just how valuable the path I have walked truly is.
