FAMILY BUILDING is a technique for discovering patterns that you may have carried with you since your youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They make your relationships in your family or in any other area difficult and you cannot break the vicious circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cause of the situation is sought. It shows exactly the situation or the relationship between the people involved as it really is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you see your family members, friends, partner and other points of view, it is much easier to understand the reasons for your previous relationships. Resentments, anger, fears, pain… are released and transformed into acceptance and inner peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONCURRENT MEETING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

INTRODUCTORY MEDITATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We will start the event with an opening meditation. It is intended to open the individual in his\/her energy and to activate the heart chakra. Often when a person comes, especially for the first time, they are a bit stressed, they feel fear, doubt, questions, … energetically speaking, it’s like a kind of spasm. The shrunken energy and body of the individual does not allow the flow of energies, which means that it is also more difficult to find a question to raise, you dare not ask, you hesitate, you think… consequently, the energies cannot flow as they would if you calm down and relax your mind, emotions, body and spirit right from the beginning, and each one of you opens his energy, activates his heart chakra, in order to open to the process for its highest good, and the synchronization of the energies of those present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAMILY SET-UP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After the introductory meditation, the main part of the gathering will follow – BUILDING THE FAMILY. Each participant has the opportunity to highlight his\/her own situation of difficult relationships – in a few sentences he\/she tells who he\/she is, to whom the situation refers, what bothers him\/her, what worries him\/her, what weighs him\/her down and asks a question. This is where each person comes out of him\/herself. E.g.: Why is my relationship with my mother difficult, I hurt this and that, I miss…, I resent her… . So we are looking for the reasons why the situation in your relationship is the way it is. After that, the person who leads the family placement selects from among the actors involved which will be the representatives of the situation highlighted. The person who has raised the issue observes, receives information and can also ask questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

during the process, when the selected actors describe their emotions, what they are feeling, what is happening to them… so you can get answers to your questions. During the process, you build understanding at a conscious level, while at the same time releasing energy blockages, obstacles and difficult emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FINAL THERAPY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once all the issues raised have been addressed, group therapy follows. The purpose of the therapy is to provide the individual with energetic support, to anchor all energies more deeply, to calm and rehabilitate faster in all areas (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels). At the end of the therapy, the individual is also given an energetic shield to ensure that the processes continue to take place for the individual, protected from outside influences and any energies that are not yours and that would in any way interfere with the anchoring of the work that has already been done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AFTER THE MEETING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After the meeting is over, any large social gatherings, time spent in shopping centres or heavy physical work is strongly discouraged. Avoid any difficult conversations, arguments. It is very important to spend the time after the therapy in peace, as much as possible with yourself, in nature, for a walk, by the water, with the animals… .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommended: drink plenty of water for the next 3 days, avoid heavy and processed foods (meat, dairy products, etc.), eat as many fresh vegetables and fruit as possible. Please note: On an energetic level, the first 3 days are very energetically anchored, so your lifestyle can help you get the most out of the work you do. Such processes, when working on the energetic level, take place and anchor for up to 21 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
