FAMILY CONSTELLATION is a technique through which patterns are uncovered\u2014patterns you may have been carrying with you, perhaps since childhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These patterns can make relationships within the family, or in any other area of life, feel difficult and leave you unable to break out of a vicious circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cause of the situation is then explored. The situation itself\u2014and the relationship dynamics between the people involved\u2014is revealed as it truly is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you are able to see your family members, friends, partner, and others from a different perspective, it becomes much easier to understand the reasons behind the relationships you have had so far. Resentment, anger, fear, and pain begin to release and transform into acceptance and inner peace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW THE GATHERING UNFOLDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

OPENING MEDITATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We begin the event with an opening meditation. Its purpose is to help each person open up energetically and activate the heart chakra. Very often, when a person first arrives, they are under stress, they feel fear or doubt, questions begin to arise\u2026 Energetically speaking, it can feel like a kind of inner tension.When a person\u2019s energy and body are tense, the flow of energy is restricted. This means it can become harder to find the question you want to ask, to dare to ask it, to stop hesitating, and to stop overthinking.As a result, the energies cannot flow as freely as they could if, right at the beginning, each person first calms and relaxes the mind, emotions, body, and spirit. When each person opens up energetically, activates the heart chakra, and opens to the process for their highest good, the energies present can come into greater alignment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAMILY CONSTELLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After the opening meditation, the main part of the gathering begins. Each participant has the opportunity to share a difficult relationship situation from their life. In a few sentences, they explain who is involved, what is troubling them, what is worrying them, what is weighing on them, and then ask their question. Here, each person speaks from their own perspective.For example: Why is my relationship with my mother so difficult? It hurts me when\u2026 I miss\u2026 I resent her for\u2026 In other words, we are looking for the reasons why your relationship has taken the shape it has.After that, the person facilitating the family constellation chooses participants who will represent the situation being explored. The person who raised the question then observes, receives information, and may also ask questions throughout the process, while the participants chosen for the constellation describe what they are feeling and what is happening within them\u2026 In this way, you can begin to receive answers to your questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the process, understanding develops on a conscious level, while energetic blocks, obstacles, and heavy emotions are also released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CLOSING GROUP THERAPY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once all the questions that have been raised have been explored, a group therapy session follows.The purpose of this therapy is for each person to receive energetic support\u2014for deeper anchoring, for calming, and for easier integration on all levels (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual).At the end of the therapy, each person also receives energetic protection, with the intention that their process may continue afterwards, protected from outside influences and from any energies that are not theirs and could in any way interfere with the anchoring of all that has already been done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AFTER THE GATHERING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After the gathering, large social gatherings, time spent in shopping centres, or heavy physical work are strongly discouraged. Avoid any difficult conversations or arguments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is very important that the time after the therapy is spent in peace, as much as possible alone with yourself. You may wish to go into nature, take a walk, spend time by the water, or be with animals\u2026It is recommended that you drink more water over the next three days and avoid heavy and processed foods (meat, dairy products\u2026). Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as possible.Please note: on an energetic level, the energies anchor very intensely during the first three days, so the way you live during this time can help you receive the greatest benefit from the work that has been done. Processes of this kind, when they happen on an energetic level, continue to unfold and anchor for up to 21 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
